Response Time: Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days. For urgent matters related to clinical trials, please indicate "Urgent" in your subject line.

Office Hours

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Email inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
